Foreign Worker Stream
The job offer must be in a skilled occupation at TEER category 0, 1, 2 or 3 of the National Occupational Classification (NOC). The applicant must show that they are qualified for the position by demonstrating they have work experience in the same occupation as the job offer or are licensed or authorized to do the work where the occupation of the job offer is regulated in Ontario.
Regional Economic Development through Immigration
REDI Program
The Regional Economic Development through Immigration (REDI) pilot program is part of the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) and supports Leeds Grenville Economic Development focus on workforce development and talent attraction.
The Counties has re-applied to be a part of the REDI program in 2026/2027. The outcome of this application will be known in fall 2026.
In 2025, 200 nomination spaces from the OINP’s Employer Job Offer streams were allocated to Leeds Grenville. These nominations were for applicants with job offers within the Leeds Grenville geographic boundaries. Also see Counties Map. The Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) operates through the Employer Portal. All REDI applications are begun through an employer-led application process. Read the Employer Portal user guide to learn more and visit the OINP Employer Portal to register and manage applications.
The REDI program provides a pathway for Leeds Grenville through following Employer Job Offer Streams, there are no additional criteria or a separate application process for the pilot.

All applications under the REDI pilot must be submitted through the Employer Portal. Under this employer-led process, employers can create job offers and submit applications for the approval of a job offer digitally. The Employer Portal can be accessed via the OINP e-Filing Portal.
