City of Brockville

The City of 1000 Islands is a vibrant riverside community. Tourists from around the world come to boat, fish, sail, camp, hike, cycle and golf. The Brockville Country Club is situated on the edge of the city. Another 35 courses are within a one-hour drive. Brockville is known for its world-renowned freshwater scuba diving in the St. Lawrence River. It is home to Aquatarium at Tall Ships Landing, a 27,000-square-foot, interactive learning and discovery centre on the shore of the St. Lawrence River.
Many international companies are based in Brockville, food processing, pharmaceuticals, health and medical care products and logistics operations. It has two industrial parks: John G. Broome Business Park and the Western Industrial Park. This city is situated on Highway 401 on the main rail line and located in between two international bridges to the U.S.
