Tariff Resources
On August 19, 2026, the U.S. announced a new 50% tariff on a broad range of Canadian goods including dairy, alcohol and various goods in agriculture, electronics and building materials. The Canada-United States-Mexico Agreement (CUSMA) is now under annual reviews until an extension is negotiated or until its schedule expiration in 2036.
