Town of Prescott Industrial Park

The Prescott North End Industrial Park has 16 hectares (40 acres) of partially serviced land that is zoned commercial/industrial with direct access to Highway 401. On the northern side of the highway, the town has an additional 30 hectares (75 acres) of development land.

Some of the businesses already located in the park, or lands north of the highway, include Kriska Transportation, Christie Aluminum Products, Compendium Group Inc., Novaflow Systems Inc., Seaway Doors Ltd., Plane's Precast Concrete Ltd., Omsk Carbon Canada, MD Signs and Graphics Ltd., Ideal Building Fasteners Inc. and Beach Hardware.
